2. Hosting

The application and associated data are hosted by the technical service providers used by the Publisher for the operation of the application and its infrastructure.

The Publisher strives to choose providers presenting appropriate guarantees in terms of security, availability and data protection.

3. Purpose of the Application

EZ Booking is a mobile application intended for professional and independent VTC drivers.

In particular, it allows to:

• create and manage bookings;
• register customers;
• provide company information;
• provide vehicle information;
• generate purchase orders;
• consult their activity.

In its first version, the application does not yet offer payment features via the application, invoice generation, booking sharing or group creation.

4. Access to the Application

Access to the application requires the creation of a user account.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide in the application, including information related to their company, their vehicles, their customers and their bookings.

The user agrees to use the application in accordance with its purpose and in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to their professional activity.

5. Liability

The application is provided as a tool to help manage the professional activity of VTC drivers.

The Publisher does not provide transport services, does not intervene in the commercial relationship between the driver and their customers, and does not substitute for the user's professional, administrative, fiscal, accounting or regulatory obligations.

The purchase orders generated by the application are established based on the information provided by the user. The user remains solely responsible for the verification, accuracy and use of the documents generated.

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for the consequences linked to inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete information provided by the user.

6. Intellectual Property

The EZ Booking application, its name, its interface, its design, its texts, its graphic elements, its features, its structure and more generally all the elements that compose it are protected by intellectual property rights.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution or exploitation, total or partial, of the application or one of its elements is prohibited.

The use of the application does not result in any transfer of intellectual property rights to the user.

7. Personal Data

The use of the application involves the processing of personal data.

8. Terms of Use

The use of the application is subject to the General Terms of Use, accessible at the following address: https://www.ez-booking.eu/terms-of-service .

By creating an account or using the application, the user acknowledges having read the TOS and accepting them.
